Saint Joseph's University Professional's online Crisis Management Certificate is designed to provide you with the skills you need to identify, create, and execute the best possible responses to a wide range of emergencies and disasters.

The Crisis Management Certificate suite will improve your performance and increase your chances for advancement in business, the public sector, or government by demonstrating you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide a quick and effective response in crisis situations.

About the ERDLC

The Early Responders Distance Learning Center (ERDLC) was founded in 1999 in cooperation with Saint Joseph's University. Its mission is to provide state of the art, accredited training for emergency responders of Weapons of Mass Destruction and other terrorist incidents.

The ERDLC creates and administers accredited Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) courses for the Emergency Response Community on preparing for Weapons of Mass Destruction/Terrorist Incidents with a specialized focus on psychological consequences.

In addition, ERDLC creates and administers Continuing Education Credits for Mental Health Professionals through the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Association for Social Workers (NASW) and is certified for offering additional Continuing Education Credits through the International Association for Continuing Education Training (IACET).
