Mary Ann C. McMenamin, J.D.

Prior to joining the Early Responders Distance Learning Center (ERDLC) at Saint Joseph's University, Mary Ann McMenamin practiced law in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, specializing in government-related legal issues.

Mary Ann currently serves as Senior Director of Training, Legal, Affairs & Certification at the ERDLC at Saint Joseph's University. As Senior Director, Mary Ann is responsible for overseeing the Instructional Design of the graduate online curriculum offered by Saint Joseph's University; supervising and managing the Instructional Design team; managing all of the legal work associated with design/development of the graduate online curriculum offered through ERDLC for SJU; and also creating and reviewing of any other necessary legal documents required for the functioning of ERDLC as SJU Online.

Mary Ann is a licensed attorney in the State of Pennsylvania.

Mary Ann received her B.S, with a major in Psychology, a minor in Criminal Justice, from Saint Joseph's University in 1992, and earned her J.D. in 1999 from Widener University School of Law.
